North and South Korea co-operate on Olympic participation

A historic meeting between North and South Korea has the two countries co-operating on the upcoming Olympics. North Korea will send a delegation of officials, supporters and athletes to Pyeongchang after South Korea agreed to lift some sanctions. Their co-operation has eased some concern about the upcoming Winter Games but has left others uneasy over how quickly they were able to come to an agreement.
