"Swatting" suspect may not see justice in Canada

A Los Angeles man suspected of "swatting" may never see justice in Canada. Tyler Barriss is currently wanted by police in Calgary for making a fake call triggering an emergency response in that city. He could only be arrested on the warrant in Calgary if he crosses into Alberta.
