Level 6B water restrictions in effect in Cape town

As Cape Town hurtles toward Day Zero, the day on which water is predicted to run out, tackling the drought crisis which will affect up to 4 million people is paramount. Day Zero is currently set for April 12th. Credit ratings agency Moody's says the water crisis in Cape Town is credit negative and has placed the City on review for a ratings downgrade. Moody's says - tourism and agriculture - are likely to BE HIT HARD, reducing employment, gross value added and tax income.
