Oregon's Top Prosecutor Holds Marijuana Summit To Address 'Massive' Pot Surplus | Los Angeles Times

Billy Williams, United States Attorney for the District U.S. attorney for the district of Oregon, is holding the summit to help address the issue of marijuana grown there and seized in 16 other states. says the excess cannabis is attracting cartels and criminal networks and sparking money laundering, violence and environmental damage.
