Plans in place to keep schools open on Day Zero - Zille

Western Cape Premier Helen Zille says plans are in place to keep schools open if the taps to run dry on April the 16th. Briefing school principals, she said that while there's a 60 percent chance of Day Zero happening, it can be avoided if everybody sticks to the water restrictions.
